400 words!

I cant believe inko.us has come to an end. Its just heart breaking! i may shed a tear here and there. but there will always be a nice warm spot in my heart for this website. I’m gonna miss staying up the night before, one hour before its due and blogging away! haha well i hope i need 400 words, not like 800 or something! because there is no way I can do that many! but this site has its ups, and its downs. But i will always remember it and the funny blogs ive read, and comments ive posted. All the good times will not be forgotten. This has also improved my writing a lot! all the positive feed back, and maybe even negative, but always constructive! I’m so sad, that i can hardly think of anything to write about! its almost like i dont want this to be my last blog. Its become a part of me to pour my thoughts onto this page! And now, without it i may just have to keep everything inside and bottled up! : ( I’m halfway done now, and the tears are starting to break the surface of my delicate, light green pupils.  Well i am snuggling up with my cute little puppies right now. Lewis is a brown doggy. He is buff and has a curly tail. He is super smart, and i taught him a lot of tricks! He can lay over and speak and lots of cool stuff! But Emmitt, the hallow headed black fluffy dog, didn’t really receive much brains from his parents. The poor guy is dumber then a post. But he sure is cute! I love my dogs so much and i dont know what i would do without them!! they are my companions, and are with me when im down. And they are always nice! they dont judge, just love you. And thats why i love them! Haha they just kinda got me off track, they have that effect! I just need 70 more words! i cant wait. I need some sleep because tomorow i have to run a 5k. This is for a fundraiser against breast cancer, which is a horrible thing and needs to be fixed. So I donated my share and am now participating in the job with the rest of my lacrosse buddies who donated also. But on the bad side we have to wake up at like 6 tomorow. So i need to go to bed soon! well good night all. And sleep tight inko.us! i will miss you and all your blogs!

Superbowl!

My prediction is that the Saints will be defeated by the Vikings, and The jets will put up a good fight, but sadly lose to the Colts, even though i greatly dislike them! Then the vikings will go on and make the Colts look like little babies. And I will most likely chuckle, maybe even jump for joy in the excitement that the Vikings are the superbowl champions. Even though the Giants are my team, they let me down this year :( Those silly people did not even make the playoffs! And two years ago, they were the team who beat the patriots in the super bowl! I guess a lot changes in two years.

Red Rings of Death. (RRoD)

Recently, my beautiful xbox 360 has gotten the dreaded Red Rings of Death. Which means the motherboard was overheated or some screws are loose or something like that! I did some research but I didn’t really understand much of that confusing hard drive talk. And now i must take a break from Cod. (Call of Duty) for a good time. I am very depressed that this unfortunate event has happened!

At first my game had froze, so I thought nothing of it. So i turned my xbox off then back on. Then what do you know! Three flashing red light on my xbox power button. I knew right away that my xbox had moved on to a bigger and better place! A nice game lounge up in the sky somewhere. I couldn’t believe it at first, I was in denial. It’s so crushing to realize that your companion is gone. Now i have to make a hefty investment if I ever want to hold a controller in my hand again. This decision will be a tuffy because i was planning on saving up for a new lacrosse stick.

My xbox and I have been through a lot! I’ve had him since 2006 and he has never failed me! But like everything on this planet, his time has sadly come. And i must find a new companion to live on the legend of my old xbox. There will always be a place in my heart for my old xbox, and i even decided to name him Boxy, because he is just so special to me. I don’t know if i will be able to throw him away. I may decide just to frame him and keep him in my room!

Well i better stop before i get too emotional over Boxy. Fairwell! R.I.P. Boxy

1 in 350,000

  • Last English class that I have ad for Mr. Stephens is where something happened that was hard to believe. We needed to type in a “secret password” into the website to gain access, and he allowed us to take a crack at the word for a little fun. As everybody shouts out their guessed word without thinking, I strategically plan out my word and I say out loud, “frog”. His eyes suddenly became very unsure and he stared at me with a slight tilt of the head! He asked, “what Jeremy?” making sure he didn’t miss hear me and I reply, “I said frog! am I right?” He was totally shocked that I had guessed the secret word! He commented on how there are over 350,000 words in the English language, and that the odds are slim! He and I got got a good laugh out of this, and he remarked, “Great minds must think alike!”

Basketball game!!

My friends and I all went to the freshman basketball game last friday to support and cheer on our fellow classmates! The game was a close one, all the way till the end of the fourth quarter! By then, all the upper classmen had come into the auxilary gym to cheer on our freshman team because they still had a chance. ( Our Junior Varsity team was not doing so well.) The final seconds roll around and the other team gets fouled so they get to take two foul shots, and they are down by only one point so if he makes them both, Stone Bridge is a gonner. Sadly, he makes the first shot, despite our crowds loud yells and shouts! Then he takes his second one, it hits rim, rolls around and falls out! We cheered as loud as we could! Now the game will go into over time and Stone Bridge will dominate the court and win by 8 points. The crowd stormed the court to congratulate the team!

Ping pong mania

Duke, Pat, Kevin, and I all play ping pong whenever we get a chance. Pat is usually the best, because he can put the most spin and accuracy on the ball. Then its basically a three way tie between me Kevin and Duke. We had a tournament recently and it was between me and Duke but he pulled out a heroic victory in the third set when he got a powerful top spin blast that was un-returnable! That is Duke’s signature hit on the ball. I usually like to focus on my back hand game. Right now Pat has the title for the neighbor hood’s best ping pongist!

So did amy and lexi and chris!! but not christine!!  They are whispering about me and it hurts my feelings. I <3 volleyball. I went to the student vrs faculty volleyball game and yeah, the students did work. Mr. S kicked some serious booty out there! Despite his great efforts, they lost in three sets. It was still worth the dollar that I was forced to pay, or endur the terror of study hall. I tried to get past security but they had some macho guys gaurding the door.

Bear Bridge VRs. Cliff Run

Our freshman team ended on a good note winning the last two games of the season. The most important one was the game vrs Broad Run. The JV and Varsity team do not get to play them so the freshman game is as big as a usual varsity game. We, of course, lived up to the Bear Bridge reputation by kicking some booty. We ended up winning 35-6. The tone was set early with Lucas M. on like a 100 yard TD run. It was pretty crazy. Also, I had an interception which took any last hope of broad run to get anywhere near of beating us.  The game was intense and important because we got a lot of respect from our upper class men for getting the job done. Bear Bridge Freshmen Football ended the season 8-2! Coach T. told us that we have one of the best classes for talent that he has had in a few years. I also got to see a lot of my old friends who used to go to school with me in elementary school.

Ultimate Frisbee!!

Running as fast as I can chasing down the frisbee as it floats towards my direction, I leap up into the air and catch the white disk with both hands and land on my two feat. I then deliver a pass that swerves through the defense to an open team mate shouting my name. It all started with me going to m good friend Will’s house to play some video games. But his brother is on the frisbee team and they needed extra players. Will and I accepted very excitedly and we were ready to try out this new fun and exciting sport we had never played before in our entire life. So we changed our clothes to the proper ultimate frisbee attire to get ready for the game against Stone Bridge High School. the game was intense and very fun to go to and a great memory with a good friend

Yes sir bulldogs 8-2

Second Narrative

The ball soaring in the air towards the enemy’s territory, a perfect kick to begin the game. A player deep in their own territory catches the ball and starts running with a mindset of scoring. A nearby Bulldog makes a hit and wraps him up, then more and more join the pile and take down the opponent. The play is complete, the defense running out onto the field, getting pumped up, not going to let the offense gain one single yard.

After first down goes by, a tackle made behind the line. Then second down comes, and another Bulldog makes a great tackle. Finally third down came and the running back for the other team takes the hand-off, makes one Bulldog miss, then “crack!” After making a great stop on third down, their offense is forced to punt the football. The moment I made that tackle, I felt the best I ever had. I was excited when they called out, “Tackle made by number 32, Jeremy Wirth.” It was amazing listening to the crowd cheer as I jogged onto the sideline, also the coaches telling me good job and knowing that the defense played well. I high-fived ever one I could see because my adrenaline was rushing and I wanted to go back onto the field.

Soon the fourth quarter came, with the Bulldgos ahead with a commanding lead of 28 points, the starters come out of the game to take a breather. We give the second string some time to play while we are ahead. Then, the final seconds conclude and we have another victory on our schedule. The Bear Bridge Bulldogs freshmen football team is undefeated.
